And it didn&39;t just invole a nailing to a cross..but hours of torture and beating that were so brutal, it sometimes even killed the prisoners before they had a chance to hang.

Well, I&39;m a Christian, and I&39;m not offended by that. If it&39;s a historical game, what&39;s wrong with portraying a common form of capital punishment in the Roman Empire? I&39;ve been following that game for so long, me and tons of people on the PP TS community are going to start playing it when it comes out.

Also a small technicality: by law, a Roman citizencould notbe crucified.. If you were born a roman you were protected by law had the right to deny crucifiction for a more humane death.

No dude, it&39;s historically correct to crucify someone for murder in an ancient roman setting. It isn&39;t PC or un-PC, it&39;s exempt because it really used to happen all the time. Same rules apply for roman dramas on TV or in the cinema.
